Firecracker Wellness Event: Ignite your Self Love, Mind, Body and Soul

Everyone is at their own stage of wellness and we want to meet you where you’re at. Join us for uplifting and inspiring conversations, where we explore the health of our minds, bodies, and souls, through meditation, breathwork, self-love, and body positivity.

Let us come together and talk about what brings harmony and balance into our lives and our souls and how to embrace our own Self Love.

With so many things happening in our lives, it is sometimes hard to take a second and tune into your own needs and inner knowing.

We are creating a space for anyone to join in the conversation on how to embrace who you are through meditation, breathwork, and a wheel of life exercise to open your self love right where you are today!

We will start out the workshop with a 5 minute grounding meditation, to get us centered together.

You will see who the Wellness Department is and what each of us bring to the table to help you on your journey.

After the workshop, you should feel a sense of calm, ease, and hope moving into more acceptance and self love for yourself! And know that you can and do embrace all of you!

Things you will need:

1. Open heart and mind

2. A journal and pen/pencil to take notes

3. A bottle of water or something to keep you hydrated

4. A comfortable space to participate

5. Good internet connection

6. Quiet space

Once you have registered for the event, you will get a zoom link to join the workshop. so make sure to check your email for this event.

We are increasing accessibility to this event by utilizing a sliding scale for ticket prices. A full-price ticket to this event is $20 CAD. By purchasing a ticket for $20 CAD, you will be donating to the Firecracker Department, which helps us to keep creating events like this and more and also helps to cover the cost for anyone who cannot attend due to their financial situation. We thank you for your contribution. We have two prices for discounted ticket, a $10 CAD or $15 CAD ticket, whichever you can afford. Again, we thank you for your contribution to the Firecracker Dept.

Limited ticket quantities are available at each price point. Please consider your financial privilege when purchasing - if you can afford to pay more, please do! Also, if you have any accessibility requirements, please contact the event organizer prior to the event.
